Policies

Prepaid sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Standard time slots can only be guaranteed for paid packages. Clients must pay for a package in advance to guarantee the continuation of a spicific time slot.

Please be sure to fill out Vacation Notes if applicable.

Please remove shoes at the front door. Cubbies are located at the front door of the studio for storage and convenience. Sticky socks required (no bare feet).

We strongtly encourage removal of all jewelry including decorative hair clips/bands before your session begins. Although the studio is not responsible for lost or damaged jewelry, clients are responsible for destruction to our equipment caused by jewelry that is not removed.

Please refrain from using cell phones during your session. Cell phones should be turned off or put on vibrate while in the studio.

Please be considerate of other classes in session and keep voices low.
