Pilates (pi-LAH-teez) incorporates the benefits of weight training, aerobics, yoga, Tai Chi and meditation into a combination workout experience that is the choice of many professional athletes, dancers and actors.

Pilates is a total body conditioning system that focuses on the deepest abdominal muscles as well as the musculature surrounding the spine, pelvis, and shoulder girdle. Including more than 500 exercises, Pilates works the rest of the body from this core connection. Through consistent practice at Pilates Connection you will build a strong, stable core and achieve balanced fitness - improving strength, flexibility, stamina, balance, and more.
